SOPS Stallions At Stud
For those of you who have been around a while, you know I rarely stand my stallions. xD I've only done it once before, about a year ago I believe. The stallions we stand have been raced before. They all have the potential to bring you awesome foals. So, without further ado, let's take a look at what the rules of breeding are and the stallions standing. ^__^
The Rules
- All horses bred are under my contract. Each horse bred follows the same rules as stated in there. It may look like a lot to read, but it's a very flexible contract. Be warned that I am serious about my foals being active. I've reclaimed and deleted inactive foals before.
- A breeding to my stallions doesn't cost anything unless you feel it necessary to convince me with reserves to your horses. ^__^
- Whatever mare you choose for breeding I must approve before she can be bred.
- I would prefer to make the foal's stats. If you have request, fine, i just want to make the stats.
The Price
As stated above, it costs nothing to breed to my stallions. As long as you follow my rules and your mare is approved you should be fine. I do like to get a breeding or reserve to a stallion or mare of yours in return, but it's not required.
The Stallions
SHIVER ME TIMBERS
8yo Thoroughbred Stallion, Now Disciplined in Western Speed Events
Timbo Tam was a grade one racehorse in his day, and training partner of Merry Bay King. He wasn't the best racehorse in the world at all - he was just grade one, and that's it. He didn't prefer any racing surface, it all really depended on his mood. Timbo Tam was a sprinter, and he was third in the Breeder's Cup Sprint at the first Breeder's Cup ever run here. He is now an extremely successful show horse, and his only thoroughbred racing progeny is Buccaneer of Rockstar Racing. Seeing as he only has one racing foal I have decided to put him up to see his foals become racehorses.
Maximum Foal Limit; 3
Breedings Taken; 2/3
Millie - 1, Approved Mare, Reserve
Sustain - 1, Black Witch, Breeding
SWEET SUGAR CANE
7yo Thoroughbred Stallion, Now Disciplined in Eventing
Cane was a semi-known racehorse in his day. He wasn't the best out there, but he was there, and he did well enough. He is also a grade one stallion, and his only foal [Deadly Desires] is just starting her racing career this season. Cane was a sprinter on the dirt. He won the year three Breeder's Cup Sprint and the Unicorn Horn Colts some year after that. I hope you will consider giving him a chance as a stud - he certainly passes on a quiet side to his progeny through his calm and affectionate temperament. Even though the hot blood of Augusto runs through Deadly Desires' veins she is a lot more calm then many other descendants of Augusto.
Maximum Foal Limit; 3
Breedings Taken; 3/3
Brandy - 1, Heartbreaker, Reserve
Kaylin - 1, Trust Limits, Breeding
Cassie - 1, True Music, Breeding
TRUE ENOUGH
8yo Thoroughbred Stallion, Now A Breezing Partner
We all know True Enough; he was Merry Bay King's top rival. Now he is a breezing partner. True was bred to an excessive amount of mares when he was racing, and only five of the fifteen to twenty foals he had are still around. Among them is grade one The True Fallen For, Deabuelle, and the twin sisters Euphoria and Lusitania - and we all know how great the last two are. I would like True to have another active foal with someone, so he is up. Choose the mares you send to him carefully.
Maximum Foal Limit; 2
Breedings Taken; 2/2
Kirsten - 1, Queen Of Hearts, Breeding
Brandy - 1, Fairy Princess, Reserve
Kaylin - 1, Ebony Gold Lady, Breeding [not counted - given before ownership]
GRAND SILENCE
5yo Thoroughbred Stallion, Going To Be An Eventer
Grand Silence will be standing fresh out of the racing scene. He was a grade one racehorse on the track and a renown one at that. He was second in the MHS July Barbaro Stakes, and received a comment that stated this; "He is one of the best horses I've ever seen in SIM,". In year six Silencio won the King Cup, Full Moon Derby, Breeder's Cup Marathon, and Cox Plate. These races are on turf mostly, but the Marathon was on dirt. If you want a stud with versatility and an excellent race record, look no farther then Silencio. Silencio is also the winner of Y3 Best 2yo Colt, Y4 Colt Of The Year & Best Grade Two, and Y5 Best 3yo Colt.
Maximum Foal Limit; 2
Breedings Taken; 1/2
Cavallo - 1, Luscia, Breeding
BARELY A MOMENT
5yo Thoroughbred Stallion, Going To Be A Western Speed Horse
Barely A Moment has had a tough but successful season. He's had to face up to El Sol Del Mar, Euphoria, Sweet Stalker, and News Flash at more times then one, and he has beaten them all at least twice in races. That's a huge feat. In year five he won the Garnet Stakes, Dubai Colt Cup, and Breeder's Cup Mile. In year six he won the Unicorn Horn Mile, Bank On Silver Memorial Stakes, True Enough Memorial Stakes, and the Dubai World Cup. He also finished second in the Breeder's Cup Classic. He has true talent and an amazing temperament, so consider him for your best mares.
